GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Application of the general terms and conditions


The present general terms and conditions regulate the relation between the company SUN PROJECT  and it's customers.


By placing an order the customer agrees to the whole of the present general terms and conditions.


The present general terms and conditions may be modified at any moment without prior notice by SUN PROJECT. The modifications are applicable to all orders palced after the modification.

2. Quality guaranty

 

SUN PROJECT abides by the legal garanty of hidden or obvious defects which make the product unusable or limit it's usability. In that case the product will be replaced at the expenses of SUN PROJECT.

3. Placing orders

 

SUN PROJECT confirms the acceptation of an order by email. The offers are valid while stocks last. In case a product is out of stock, SUN PROJECT informs the customer by email.


SUN PROJECT reserves the right to refuse an order for any kind of reason. Deliveries will only be carried out after complete payment of previous orders.

4. Shipment

 

Shipments will be done by post to the adress indicated on the order sheet. The customer must indicate the delivery adress correctly. In case the delivery adress has not been given correctly, SUN PROJECT will not be responsible for the non-delivery or loss of a parcel.


After receipt of the payment, SUN PROJECT will dispatch the parcel within 24 hours. In general, the parcels are delivered within 5 days into all countries of the European Union.


The given delivery times are without commitment and may depend on events which are out of SUN PROJECT's control (for example holidays or strike).

 

5. Forwarding charges

The forwarding charges depend on the weight of the parcel.

Please contact us for an individual offer according to your desired articles, we will find out the least expensive way to ship your order.


6. Receipt

 

During receipt the customer has to check the condition of the parcel immedaitely. In case the parcel is in bad condition (torn, open, ...) the customer must refuse receipt.

7. Price

The price mentioned on the order sheet, the proforma invoice and the invoice are excluding VAT. For deliveries to countries within the European Union, the customer must advise his intra-community VAT number, otherwise SUN PROJECT is obliged to add VAT as per the current VAT rate in France (19,6 %).


The forwarding charges are mentioned seperately on the proforma invoice and on the invoice. They are calculated based on the number of lots ordered and they correspond to the amount charged by the post office.


In accordance to the law, SUN PROJECT reserves the right of property until the complete payment by the customer.

8. Payment

The entire price of the ordered goods is payable to SUN PROJECT immediately after receipt of the proforma invoice. Following modes of payment are accepted:



  • Bank transfer
  • Paypal 
  • Credit Card (via Paypal)
  • Western Union Money Transfer
  • Cash on delivery (extra charges: 7,- €)


The delivery will be dispatched immediately after receipt of full payment (or cash against delivery).

9. Returns


Return of goods are not accepted, except for delivery of the wrong article or faulty goods. Claims have to be advised to SUN PROJECT within 3 days after receipt. In order to benefit from that guaranty, the customer must send the goods back to SUN PROJECT, accompanied by the order sheet or a copy of the invoice. After that, SUN PROJECT will dispatch a new product to the customer accordingly.


In case the desired article is out of stock, SUN PROJECT will send a credit note to the customer. Before sending back the goods, the customer must contact SUN PROJECT.

10. Dispute

 

Claims are always treated with attentive goodwill and good faith always presumed to the claiming party. Otherwise, only french courts are in charge of the case.

11. Intellectual Property


All texts, artworks, illustrations and pictures shown on the homepage www.my-sun-project.com are under copyright protection. Reproduction is only allowed after written permission by SUN PROJECT.
